The Spring Social Prescribing programme will not be renewed after its current tenure in 2027. Although this news is disappointing, we want to assure you that we are still operating our support services normally and that we are continuing to take referrals onto the programme until the 31st of July 2026. All participants accepted on to the programme up until this time will continue to receive the excellent 12-month support that has been offered to date.

 

We are committed to continuing to support people with long term conditions across Northamptonshire to achieve positive outcomes for the remainder of the contract and we thank you for your support on our Spring journey.
